This urban planning/architectural project is designed on a vast land of more than 250.000 sqm in the area of Meydan, Dubai. A residential village with a Lebanese authentic architectural style was designed. The main element is a hippodrome shaped landscaped area inspired by the identity of the location, it includes water features, promenades, amphitheater, boutiques and greeneries. Connected to this element from both sides lies the market and the spa leaving the back of the land for the residential blocks.
